Then we do a deep dive into your top 1-2 chronic lifestyle health needs, 1:1 coaching once every 2 weeks (I combine health, strength training, lifestyle, nutrition, and do a deep dive into what your true goals are), nutritional guidance support (options for self-tracking), I teach you how to do 15-min strength training workouts 2 times a week and give you immediate coaching on form (in-person or remote), done for you biometric change tracking and strength quality tracking (power to weight improvements P2W) at 0, 8 weeks with a condensed report and review your improved strength/muscle quality and improvements in your top 1-2 needs.
